01Who we are

Aurum Render is a trading name of 3D Design Studios Pty Ltd (ABN 31 651 673 282), a company registered in Australia. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

02What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect what you type into it:

• Your name and, if you give it, the name of your practice or company
• Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to add one
• Details of your project — the service you are interested in, an indicative budget if you select one, and your message
• Which of our websites you used, so we reply in the right currency

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the site and keep it secure.

03Why we collect it

We use your enquiry details to reply to you, to prepare a quote, and — if you go ahead — to deliver and invoice the work. We may also keep a record of the correspondence for our business records.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell them to anyone.

04Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf and only for these purposes:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the technical information described above.
• Resend delivers the email that carries your enquiry to our inbox.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces the site uses. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which means Google receives your IP address.

We will also disclose information where the law requires us to.

05Information stored overseas

Cloudflare, Resend and Google are based in the United States, so information passing through their services may be processed or stored outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose established providers with published security practices.

06Cookies and similar technology

This website does not set cookies, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking on it.

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure how the site is used — pages viewed, how long they took to load. It does not use cookies or store anything in your browser, and it does not identify you personally.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, to carry out any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or de-identify them.

08Keeping it secure

The website is served only over an encrypted connection, and enquiries are not published or stored on the website itself. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

09Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Send the request through our enquiry form and we will respond within a reasonable time — normally 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first so we can put it right. If we have not resolved it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
